PKR 5,000. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of PKR 250 applies.
● Express Shipping: If you need your order sooner, express shipping is available for
an additional fee of PKR 500, applicable to all orders.
2. Expected Delivery Times
● Standard Shipping: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. After
processing, delivery usually takes between 3-5 business days, depending on your
location within Pakistan.
● Express Shipping: For express shipping, delivery takes 1-3 business days after
processing, depending on the destination.
● International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. Stay tuned as we
expand to more regions!
3. Processing Time
● All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on
weekends or public holidays. If there’s a high volume of orders or any unforeseen
delays, we will notify you via email.
4. Order Tracking
● Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your
tracking number. Simply use this tracking number on our courier partner’s website to
monitor your package’s status until it reaches your doorstep.
5. Payment Methods
● Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders across Pakistan. A COD fee of PKR
250 applies for orders under PKR 5000.
● Online Payment: We accept various online payment methods, including credit/debit
cards and bank transfers, to provide you with flexible payment options.
6. Delivery and Failed Attempts
● Our delivery partners make two attempts to deliver your order. If unsuccessful, they
will contact you to reschedule or leave the package at a nearby pick-up location.

successful delivery.

● While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, external factors (e.g., weather
conditions, public holidays) may sometimes affect delivery times. We appreciate your
